STEP 2

Your capital is 100% Secure as you are buying a Real Property with Fearless/Seamless selling using RPA Model. When you buy a property under an RPA we asure you to buyback that property with specified appreciation. These RPA’s comes with percentages which gives your Appreciation on your bought property. Lets understand this with an example, suppose you are a member and you buy a property of 10 Lac under RPA 48%, now this would mean that you’ll get an annual appreciation of 48% on your property and with that you’ll also get a buyback agreement which would say that company would buy back this property within 1 year at 48% Appreciated price. According to 48% now the your property would be bought back with apperciation at your desired payout pattern making it secure and smooth.
In your typical Real Estate Investments you buy a property and resell that property once it appreciates but what if it wouldn’t appreciate and even your principal depreciates?

However ARP is different, becoming a member of ARP and buying a property under RPA means you are assured an appreciation on your bought property. This means you own a property and at the same time you’ll start getting appreciation on that property monthly/quarterly/biannual or annually. For instance you buy a property worth 25 Lac with RPA of 48%, this means you’ll be getting 48% appreciation on that property guaranteed anually as per your desired payout pattern.

Terms and Conditions
At the end of the 12-month period, the Company agrees to purchase the property from Member at the appreciated rate according to the percentage of RPA.
Payment: The payment will be paid to the Member, monthly in equal installments, whereas the capital amount of the property will be paid by the Company upon Return of original file after 12 months.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between them.
Company is only Responsible/Liable to Purchase mentioned Property ONLY.
Company will only entertain Purchase upon safe return of all original documents in the presence of this RPA and purchase agreement; Duplicated/Forged document would not be accepted.
Maturity Period, is the period which is the required time after that Company process Purchase, including Business working days only, Holidays include (Saturday, Sunday & all Gazetted Holidays).
In rare scenarios, Company may extend the maturity period for Purchase based on unforeseen circumstances including business lockdowns, emergency announced by the Federal / Provincial or district government. Unfavorable market situations, strikes, political instability, natural disasters war or others.
Clients cannot ask Company to entertain before maturity period. In case of any emergency, it is Company’s discretion to facilitate before maturity period, whereas in this case, Company does reserve the right to make changes in Re-Purchase value/price/rate.
This Purchase agreement can only be claimed by the above -mentioned person ONLY.
The profits are distributed as per Sharia Compliance in Halal way.
Upon completion of the maturity period, the Company will only Purchase the above-mentioned Property in the presence of the recipient of this document.
For overseas clients or client’s living out of the city it is compulsory to communicate the whole above-mentioned process via email at sales@aetmaad.com ONLY, further actions i.e., buying & selling of property would be processed via the same email only.
If a client asks company to send them documents via any commercial courier, in case of any mishap i.e., missing of documents being stolen Company would not be responsible.
Upon completion of maturity period, Company would intimate client via call or official email, in case if client does not respond within 15 days after intimation from us, Company would reserve the right to claim the paid amount along with damages from the member.
