Aetmaad.com is a Real Estate Marketing Firm Registered with Government of Punjab and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Pakistan which deals in Real Estate Projects Acquisition, Buying and Selling of Real Estate Properties. With that being said, we allow people to invest with us in our Real Estate Projects and provide them with Halal Monthly Income and Annual Profits as a share from the company's profit we earn by buying and selling Real Estate Properties. Since all the Finance is used and Invested in buying and selling of Real Estate Properties, the return shared with our Investors is Halal.

How is the Monthly Income Halal?
ہم سمجھتے ہیں کہ آپ میں سے اکثر اس نکتے کے بارے میں بہت زیادہ فکر مند ہیں۔ آئیے اس کی وضاحت کرتے ہیں۔ ذیل میں چند اہم نکات درج ہیں جو خود ہی واضح کر دیں گے کہ یہ ماہانہ آمدنی کس طرح حلال اور شریعت اسلامیہ کے مطابق ہے۔ میں
سب سے پہلے ہم اپنے کلائنٹس کے ساتھ سالانہ معاہدہ کرتے ہیں اور سرمایہ کاری پر منافع کی حد کی نشاندہی کرتے ہیں جو ہم انہیں سالانہ فراہم کریں گے۔ سالانہ سطح پر واپسی مقرر نہیں ہے اور یہ اس بات پر منحصر ہے کہ کمپنی سال بھر میں کتنا منافع کماتی ہے جو خود اس کے حلال نہ ہونے کی بات کو مسترد کرتی ہے۔
سرمایہ کاروں کی سہولت کے لیے، ہم سالانہ ریٹرن کا کچھ فیصد، ہر ماہ اور باقی حصہ ہم سال کے آخر میں بانٹتے ہیں اور یہ اس بات پر منحصر ہے کہ کمپنی نے کتنا منافع کمایا۔ لہذا یہ ایک مقررہ ماہانہ آمدنی نہیں ہے، یہ صرف متغیر سالانہ منافع کا ایک حصہ ہے جسے ہم ماہانہ بنیادوں پر اپنے سرمایہ کاروں کے ساتھ بانٹتے ہیں۔ اس لیے ماہانہ واپسی مقرر ہے اور سالانہ مقرر نہیں ہے جس سے سرمایہ کاری پر مجموعی منافع حلال ہو جاتا ہے۔
Well, we realize that most of you are majorly concerned about this part. Lets break this ice once and for all. Below are some main points listed which will explain itself that how this monthly Income is Halal and in accordance to the Shariah of Islam.
- First of all we do a yearly contract with our clients and mention a range of return we’ll provide them annually. On Annual Level the return is not fixed and it depends on how much the Company makes Profit throughout the year which rules out the point of it not being Halal itself.
- To facilitate the Investors, we share some percentage of the Annual Return, every month and the remaining we share at the end of the year depending upon how much the company made profit. So it’s not a fixed monthly income, it’s just a part of the variable annual return we share with our investors on monthly basis. Hence the monthly return is fixed and annual is not fixed which makes the overall Return on Investment Halal.
